Hot leads and counter-offers only. Defer cold/warm follow-ups to next week's batch.
Why: Protect Thursday from becoming another outreach day or you'll never build infrastructure.
Review warm/hot buckets — update statuses. Move cold to re-engagement. Confirm opt-outs. Check active deals for bottlenecks. Archive dead deals with notes.
Why: A clean CRM is a productive CRM. Dirty pipelines waste 30% of follow-up energy.
Pull 150–200 fresh agents (OC/LA/IE/SD), de-dup. Pull 300–500 mailer list (absentee, 20%+ equity, 5+ yrs, vacant). Schedule mailer Fri/Sat. Load BatchLeads drip for Monday 9 AM.
Why: Monday is one-click only if Thursday built the foundation.
Are response rates dropping? A/B test 2 SMS openers — split Monday's list 50/50. Polish offer letter language.
Why: 5% better response on 100 texts = 5 more convos/wk = 20/mo.
Step away.
Log closed deals/costs. KPIs: contacts, replies, offers, active deals, monthly closes. Compare to monthly goal — adjust volume if behind.
Why: You can't improve what you don't measure.
One deep topic this Thursday: advanced MLS filters / objection handling / double-close vs assignment / building buyer list. Sources: Flipping Mastery, Agent Investors, Wholesaling Inc, BiggerPockets.
Why: Knowledge edge = deal edge in OC/LA.
Reach 3–5 wholesalers/investors for co-wholesale: 'Closing in OC/IE — let me know if you need help moving deals.'
Why: Co-wholesale = fastest path to your second deal. Zero marketing cost.
Thursday is the day most wholesalers skip because it doesn't feel productive. The top 10% do their best systems work on Thursday. That's why they're the top 10%.
